NHS Greater Manchester: "no current plans to recommission training from Gendered Intelligence"
I was incredulous that NHS Greater Manchester was still paying out to receive supposed training from Gendered Intelligence, at least £1,660 already in 2025.
This is the organisation — that while the medical profession were calling for “more definitive knowledge about the causes of rapidly increasing referrals” of children to “gender identity” services — were telling children to not worry if they did not feel “trans enough” to attend their “Youth Groups”.
After the Cass Review found that puberty blockers were being prescribed to children with unclear rationale and weak evidence, I complained about Gendered Intelligence’s content promoting puberty blockers to children. They disagreed with me, but silently took the content down nonetheless for a “redesign”.
I am astonished that Gendered Intelligence remain a charity, however the Charity Commission have a long history of allowing misleading medical health claims (not just those related to “gender identity”) and chose to take no action in despite my multiple complaints. This issue is evidently a perfect storm that has been brewing for some time.
Now, with the Supreme Court clarification on the Equality Act 2010, the staff training that Gendered Intelligence also looks to have been unlawful.
I remain incredulous as to why organisations like the NHS continue to commission training from Gendered Intelligence, given the apparent both the legal and medical risks associated with the organisation.
My complaints with NHS Greater Manchester are as below:

I'd like to make a complaint regarding Gendered Intelligence training your staff.
https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/trans-inclusivity-in-the-workplace-all-staff-tickets-940531975457
I have what the DSM-5 calls “gender dysphoria” (adolescence and adulthood) and I don't recognise what Gendered Intelligence are teaching is the truth regarding this matter.
I have made complaints to Gendered Intelligence to the past. One of my complaints resulted in Gendered Intelligence silently deleting their content that promoted puberty blockers to children.
I have made a complaint regarding Gendered Intelligence to the Charity Commission here: https://transpolicy.substack.com/p/charity-commission-complaint-regarding-6c7
This issue is part of a wider medical scandal that I document here:

Dear Orlando,
Further to your recent enquiry to NHSGM patient services below, I can confirm I have received a response from the NHS Greater Manchester Associate Director of Equality and Inclusion as follows:
There is nothing in the content of the Gendered Intelligence training that refers to children. You will note from the training title and content in the link that the training relates to trans inclusivity in the workplace and supporting colleagues to be trans inclusive in the workplace. The training provision has been requested in relation to requirements for better understanding of trans inclusivity in the workplace.
They thank you for bringing your concerns to their attention, of which they will of course look into.
I do hope you find the feedback helpful.

Dear NHS Greater Manchester,
The reply from the NHS Greater Manchester Associate Director of Equality and Inclusion did not address my concerns. Please could you escalate my complaint, which I have included again under this message.
My original complaint email notes that what Gendered Intelligence are teaching is not the truth regarding matters of cross-sex identification, therefore they are will not fulfill the NHS's wish for “... better understanding of trans inclusivity in the workplace.”
My original email also notes that Gendered Intelligence were encouraging children to take puberty blockers, with what the Cass Review found, was under unclear rationale and weak evidence. [1]
It is not relevant that the Associate Director believes that Gendered Intelligence's content will not refer to children. It is relevant that Gendered Intelligence has proven as not a reliable source of information, and has been part of what is a medical scandal.
In this respect, they are similar to another activist organisations, the Gender Identity Research & Education Society (GIRES), who had been encouraging tomboys to take puberty blockers. [2]
It is inappropriate that the NHS is still asking for advice from activist organisations, such as Gendered Intelligence, who are not telling the truth regarding this issue. [3]

Dear […],
Thank you for responding to my concerns.
Speaking as a man with “late-onset gender dysphoria”, I am glad to hear that there are no plans to recommission Gendered Intelligence.
Please also be aware, that given the recent Supreme Court clarification of the law, which says that males, with, or without a “Gender Recognition Certificate”, may not enter spaces designated for women, your assumed training given by Gendered Intelligence may not be lawful:
“Charity’s [Gendered Intelligence] £2,000 transgender training for sports bodies ‘not lawful’”
